First Consultation

We will schedule a call to understand your exact needs. We assist our clients with :
Budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits, coordinating transportation and parking, arranging for speakers or entertainers, arranging decor, event security, catering, emergency plans.

Budget Consultation

Budget planning is fundamental in ensuring an event runs smoothly and successfully. We don’t hide costs and believe in transparency. We pride ourselves in standing behind our financial responsibility and commitment. Our clients are left with great memories, not nasty surprises.

Destinations & Venues

Our extensive portfolio and venues in France enable us to supply venues for any size or occasion. We also work with clients that already have a venue pre-selected.
Once a destination and venue has been selected, we can organise suppliers, logistics and equipment in accordance with our clients’ needs.

Audio-Visual Provision

Depending on the type of audio-visual equipment required we can provide venues to meet your needs. We can also make sure venues provide Web & Internet access and in situations where the necessary equipment is unavailable, we work with a selection of AV companies to supply all of your audio-visual needs.

On-site Event Management

Need someone on the floor to meet and greet the invitees? Coordinate transport, room layout, location, timings, audio-visual equipment? By being on-site on the day of the event, we can deal directly with any type of challenge or unexpected issues, which may arise.

Accommodation

Often an event will run over several days and/or involve extensive travel. In situations like these we are able to provide our clients with a selection of recommended hotels, tailored to the needs of the events. Whether it be a large, medium or small group.

Transport

Coordinating as well as finding cost effective transportation for an event can be difficult. We are able to provide our clients with a close network of transportation contacts and options to make sure your attendees arrive at the right venue at the right time.

Activities

Whether you are planning a product launch, conference, holiday party, or a team building exercise we can provide all the adventure to create special moments. If some members of your group are not very active or that have special requirements we can still provide fun, safe activities that enable everybody to join in.
